Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are made specially for you and will ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline allows for careful production and quality checks to ensure your item is perfect when it arrives.

Regular Orders
In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Rates
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. No minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or stone, please contact us first so we can reserve the replacement for you.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom pieces, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
